Moving apps between categories has been implemented in action build version, now let's make so users can create custom category by theirselves, it should implement :

• [ ] Entry at Settings > Menu Settings
• [ ] Editor Dialog
• [ ] Icon Picker
  • [ ] for Built-in Icons
  • [ ] By files
• [ ] Show in App Category Menu
