We have at least three videos talking about django-components now. What do we think about adding links to them in the README to point users to there to learn?

Spelling and small clarifications to README

I went through and corrected a couple of spelling, grammar, and markdown errors. Nothing much, but I think the text flows nicer after those changes. Thanks for a nice library!
