Debugging features?

There is a small section on debugging features, but there is zero (from what I can see) documentation on how to use those debugging features.

First of all I somehow missed the links at the top.. 🤦‍♂️ But to make the debugging section more visible I would do two things. In the section Debugging features link to that page directly. Second, don't hide it under guides, have separate link Debugging right next the link Guides. Since debugging is such a core thing you want to do I think it's worth linking to it clearly.

Might be worth including on that page settings that are generally useful for development as well (such as reload on file that you mentioned earlier).
