Update the pack yourself or hope that there is already some sort of fan-made update, if a pack isnt updated it will get worse and worse with how much stuff...

You can have multiple propertie files for the same block (some blocks in my pack have like 70), make the first one match your default state (0), than match with...

Just a little example for you:  

You technically only need 2 files (if your default bedrock doesnt have ctm), the first one matching the end biomes and the second one matching all overworld biomes + heights...
