Get benchmark results for Snowplow-web benchmark / Embucket / c7i.2xlarge

[x] create dashboard for row counts tests
[ ] make row counts to match between tables in snowflake and embucket, both fresh/incremental
[ ] add option to run benchmark on ec2 embucket with dataset in public s3
[ ] update charts in metabase dashboard

Note: avg duration for the last 3 runs

18.09.25 Updates: 30/32 and 15/32 match for fresh and incremental run accordingly. Issue with snowplow_web_incremental_manifest table during the fresh run in Embucket to be empty. Manually data population of this table made 31/32 for the incremental run
