Consider update port/erpc_serial.cpp.

There was a bug in that file(#182 ). I am not sure if this file is original or it was modified in our repositories (should be easy to find out, track file changes in git, but file name was changed meanwhile).

We should consider update the file if there is new version of it. But original person who inserted that file in repository is no longer active. So the files above are not same as one we have in repository.
