Attempting to build dclP4DEnvironmentProject with Windows 64 bit I get: [dcc64 Fatal Error] dclP4DEnvironmentProject.dpk(35): E2202 Required package 'designide' not found

I cannot find this package.

The dcl packages are IDE only. You must compile them with Windows 32 only.
