[BUG] Crash, when transfering to premium with save-uuid false

Describe the bug Not being able to connect after transferring account to premium with save-uuid set to false. Hybrid login works, but after /premium command, it asks for password on the login (with online users needs to auth set to false) and after that traceback and kick from the proxy Traceback: https://pastebin.com/edxM8QeS Velocity Dump: https://dump.velocitypowered.com/ehimelilus.json

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set save-uuid and online-mode-need-auth to false
2. Join game in offline mode
3. Then join with the same username in online mode and change account to premium
4. Join the server again and you will see login prompt (even tho config says otherwise)
5. Enter password and get kicked with traceback
