Addon Skin cause Combat Log bug not showing up

Issue: Addon Skin causes combat log not showing up

Step to reproduce:

  1. Login
  2. Click Combat Log Tab

Expected Behavior: Combat log shows up normally without having to resize the chatbox.

Actual Behavior: Combat log doesn't show up and I have to resize the chat box every time I want to use it for another thing.

I find out that the addon skin causes this issue after I disable all addons except ELVUI then enable it one by one. What annoys me is this only happens in one account and my two other accounts are not affected by this.
