mxpy localnet: drop dependency from wasmer1, so that it works on arm64, as well

Currently, the node is compiled with amd64, thus mxpy localnet works fine on MacOS M1 / M2, as well (Rosetta / emulation). However, we can improve this, and use the native platform.
