ElmerGUI crashes when trying to load PCB copper net models

Models: video_nets.zip

Trying to open video_net1.step or video_net2.step using File -> Open... crashes ElmerGUI after the meshing process.

Tested on Windows 11, ElmerGUI Apr 23 2024 build.

My guess is that the step file is too complicated. ElmerGUI can mesh simple objects automatically. For more complicated objects it is often better to use external mesh generators.
