Water washing pipes away

Pretty Pipes version 1.15.0

Basically the title says it all, flowing water will wash pipes away. Also when the pipes break due to water it is deleting any modules installed in said pipes.

Hmm, I swear this was reported on this issue tracker once before, but I can't find the report anymore, so maybe I just imagined it. I'll look into it either way, though!
