Frames Refresh issue

When I have a few frames in a single note or a few open in different tabs is there a way to not have them refresh when I scroll or switch to them? I want them to just stay as is and not refresh unless I do so manually. Thanks

Hmm, I think this might just be an issue with the way that Obsidian maintains active tabs/frames. Can you still reproduce this issue in recent versions of Obsidian? There's been a few changes in recent history so I want to make sure it's still happening.
