Improve visuals for certain GKT 4 elements

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it seems that certain elements lack visual separation and distinction. See these screenshots from Gnome Settings, for example. The elements on the right seem to just merge into a bluish grey blob.

Running into the same issue. This is really noticeable in the Settings App as you posted.
