same lower and right border issue as the dark theme in XFCE4

The inactive windows have a white border on the lower and right side in XFCE4:

I recogniced the same in the dark theme.

Hi, I was not able to reproduce the issue in my xfce 4.14.3 session:

OS: Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster) on Windows 10 x86_64 Kernel: 4.4.0-18362-Microsoft Packages: 1261 (dpkg) Shell: zsh 5.7.1 Resolution: 1920x1040 DE: Xfce WM: Xfwm4 WM Theme: Nordic-Polar-master Theme: Nordic-master [GTK2] Icons: Papirus-Dark-nordic-blue-folders [GTK2] Terminal: terminator

It's basically a Debian Shell (running as a linux-subsystem in Windows10 x64 Enterprise). I run a VcXsrv xserver 1.20.60 for video output on localhost in a borderless window without showing the cursor.

Debian was installed very basic with not much besides XFCE4 and requirements using apt/synaptic.
