[FEATURE] Add expanded Feature/Route info display

Each feature should have additional information, which displays in an accordion box accessible by clicking a button on the right side of the feature entry in the Features tab.

This should display the description, and include a button that displays a popup displaying a list of marker attributions for that feature.
