[FEATURE] Summary Tab should distinguish Regions

Describe the bug

Currently, all features (even those of different regions) are displayed together.

I don't want to filter by region by default, but maybe some sort of icon or indicator could be added to the features, since the features can look identical for different regions.

To Reproduce

  1. Display Common Chests in both Mondstadt and Liyue
  2. Mark as found at least one marker from each.
