Toolbar warning for when tick hasn't happened in 24 hours

Feature request: Usually the clock in the toolbar showing the tick time is great, but because FDEV has no clue what they are doing, sometimes the BGS doesn't tick at all. In this situation it'd be nice to have some warning visible near the clock in the toolbar.
