Fix Commands for new ESX, fixed chat suggestions

  • Changed register methods for the new ESX. They no longer rely on es.
  • Fixed the command suggestions.

Since @Elipse458 stated he does not want to support the newest es_extended I suppose it would be okay to fork or rebrand it to add the wanted es_extended support.

i'm not planning to support newest ESX, works fine with 1.1.0 and below

Since he changed the license to Do What The F*ck You Want To Public License this should be okay. Still wanna ask @Elipse458, would it be okay to fork/rebrand this tool?
