add recipe to MELPA

Would be great to have a recipe in MELPA, as per https://github.com/melpa/melpa/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.org

@aspiers I think it's too early to do this because, as you can see, there are still many bugs in the current version 0.1. I need more time to improve it.
