UPDATE macOS arm64 tkdnd binary

Updated to work on macOS 26 Tahoe (or maybe fixes another bug, either way it works now). From: https://github.com/petasis/tkdnd/releases/tag/tkdnd-release-test-v2.9.5

Maybe important: I was required to open privacy settings and manually allow the binary to be loaded, which is kind of annoying. I'm unsure if this is how it was like before, but I can only assume so since macOS is careful with that.
