ONVIF not starting

I am using the lastest build, downloaded today.

Description

ONVIF Server won't respond although it shows up in process list. 13773 root 0:00 /system/sdcard/bin/onvif_srvd --pid_file /var/run/onvif_srvd.pid --ifs wlan0

What did you do to debug the issue

Tried to restart the device and also the onvif server
