Camera crashed, after power cycle no more H264

So I have latest fw with original Xiaomi Dafang and USB ethernet which was working flawlessly for years now. After crash yesterday (maybe happens once in 6months), I power cycled and now I have only JPEG, instead of usual H264.

I tried:

  1. rebooting
  2. changing CODEC
  3. changing FORMAT

Its always JPEG in Tinycam, no matter what setting. What else could I try? Did hardware go haywire before crashing?
