Make screenshots more prominent on plugin browse pages

These would be far more helpful than user avatars, for example. @PerJensen is working on something.

Yes, does not make sence to me to show a members avatar here. Instead add a decent theme/plugin icon, maybe add sort option in sidebar, most popular, responsive, latest, etc.
