Moved the variable to track candlestick chart errors to the outside of try-catch so it doesn't show when screenshots are displayed. Fixes #88

When there is a screenshot for a trade and a chart error was shown on the last view the chart error shows below the screenshot.

BUG: "All" Filter doesn't select all dates

Selecting the "All" filter sets the dates from 12/31/1969 to 12/31/1969. All the other date filter settings work great. Thx
