Possible to have this as a command instead of N-Menu

Hi there, is it possible to get your cad mesh dimensions as an command i can bind to a key instead of having it in N Menu? I always have to keep n menu open but would love to set a custom key it would be much faster workflow for me when running mesh dimension as a command and replay last function in viewport directly. There was an old version of edit_dimension.py where it kind of worked (without anchor point and orientation option) but at least i could set hotkey for it. thank you, manuel
