reckless: install fails if plugin requires an option

Some plugins require the user to set an option or will immediately exit. Of couse plugin devs could set defaults for these options but that might make things more confusing for users if that default option is just bogus and they don't know that they have to set it. It would be nice if the reckless install would not fail because of this.
