Channel with only one destination

I have a channel with strange behavior. When searching for RPC with the listchannels command I only receive one record. With direction 1. I can't find the option with direction 0. From what I understand, the missing record is my side as source.

This channel was opened by LQwD-Canada and so far there has been no movement.

Does anyone know what this problem is and how to fix it?
