"tokenamount" output of decoderawtransaction is very misleading

We output "tokenamount" divided by 100000000, which makes it seem like there is e.g. only one of them when there are actually 100 million.

I know we have a larger open issue about decimal places and precision for issued assets but at least for reissuance tokens we should just output "satoshi"s everywhere.
