Test that blinding works for taproot-enabled descriptor wallets (in v22)

I've been using an experimental version of the v22 descriptor wallet with taproot support and somehow there is something causing problems with blinding. It might be my setup, but I guess we should have a test for this anyway.

It seems to work when you use a change address from getrawchangeaddress("bech32m")
