Anti-nuker and anti-instabreak

Basic anticheat does not block cheats such as instabreak and instanuker that makes possible to crash my server for every cheater.

Instabreak is a hack that allows players to break any item instantly, regardless of that items hardness (mining time). This means it includes unbreakable items too, like bedrock.

Nuker: this mines everywhere around you without the player having to press a button. Think of it as aimbot, but for mining. If combined with instabreak, it allows players to mine ridiculous amounts of blocks and cause a lot of lag.
