remove kdb aliases

Currently we have a few aliases, e.g. smount for spec-mount. I propose to remove these aliases, as their benefit is minor, they can be confusing and the man pages do not work for the alias (e.g. kdb smount --help doesn't work and man kdb smount shows the wrong page).

@atmaxinger can you do the cleanup of the tooling? Or any new thoughts about reimplementation?
