@Electry Would it be possible to add a 30FPS cap to both games?

For anyone interested, I have a workaround.

Add both games to Patchlist.txt with

@FPS

sceDisplaySetFrameBuf_withWait()

Use VGi by @Electry to set v-sync to Drop All. Hey presto 30FPS cap. Have do this bit each time you load the games.
