I tried to change the resolution 960x544 it worked..

Thanks @Electry . Reducing the resolution does not really help the framerate, the game's optimisation is really bad.

@Electry sorry to mention you here, but as far as I know the game locks the framerate to 21-22 fps while outside the town so lowering the resolution doesn't help, maybe you could try unlocking the dynamic framerate to 30? when outside the town?
