Can you make it run at 60fps? (the USA version)

I've got a PC version from steam running at 60fps, and since PC version is a port of a Vita version (the original one), i presume developers INTENTIONALLY locked FPS not to go above 30fps, because you know, battery cost i presume...

But i believe it can go to 60fps if just unlocked! The game look great on ps with 60fps, and would look so much better at 60fps on Vita also!

Stop with these dumb request Why he wants to patch a game which never reach 30 fps? Vitagrafix only unlock fps cap (mostly 30), not making it reach 60fps
