[REQUEST] Sword Art Online : Hollow Realization Dynamic Framerate Removal

The game locks it's framerate to 21 whenever you go outside the town. Town FPS is 30 and outside town is 21. LOLIcon and resolution changes doesn't work simply because the game locks it's framerate to 21.

if someone knows or if someone can find the dynamic framerate address on this game that would be awesome. also I can't find a guide on how to get the framerate address, Electry's guide is only for resolution.

I just need to disable the dynamic framerate lock and for the game to stay on the 30fps lock

after further testing the game seems to be having trouble running when there's too much things popping up on it's HUD and doesn't have a dynamic framerate cap. the game runs a bit better at 500mhz GPU clock.

Did you manage to remove the 21FPS cap and up it to 30 ?
