[REQUEST] Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (Resolution)

Lowering the resolution might make 60fps smoother, because right now if the fps cap is set to 60, the game runs at the same speed (i smell frameskip), but the framerate is WACK. 30-50FPS in outside areas and 60FPS ~90% of the time indoors.

Compare that to the PS3 Version, with 60FPS 99% of the time.
