unlocks 30% more memory?

In firmware 3.50 there was an opportunity to increase the amount of RAM by 30% with limitation of multimedia capabilities of the console. But this only worked in games such as Borderlands 2, World of Final Fantasy, Resident Evil REVELATENS 2 and in the latest Minecraft updates, if I'm not mistaken. And so I wonder if it’s possible to do something similar in games like Assassins Creed, Spider Man or Jack and Dexter?

i dont think more ram would give more performance tho, maybe that would help in some games that run out of vram when you set a higher res, like nfs: mw
