PSVshell not working.

PSVshell stopped working all of a sudden. Pressing select+D-Pad up doesnt open the menu anymore. Is there a way to fix this? If necessary ill provide more information but im new to the vita modding scene and really have no clue how to fix this

Sure you're not booting in safemode? Tried reinstalling? Sure it's in your config.txt

I was definitely not booting in safemode. It suddenly started working again but I'd still like to know how to fix it if it happens again. Is it safe reinstalling it or can it cause any damage or problems? Is there a specific line that needs to be written in the config.txt? Thanks for replying btw.
