[Bug] <Woes with Shrines and Obelisks>

Observed behaviour

The issues with them and obelisks are as follows:

  1. Chest is completely empty. You go to the effort of fighting for your life and the chest under the spawner or the chest after defeating the wizards is empty.

  2. The wisps take like half- a heart of damage from spells, no matter what. Even at 5x player damage dealt with spells, its still half a heart, and if you get 3-4 wisps spawned its just unmanageable, but they take normal damage from a sword hit.

  3. Some shrines are spawned in with just a circle of glowing cubes, that don't do anything. Some spawn in with an arcane workbench. Both of these have no chest.

  4. You can only acquire magical items from shrine chests. You can't get them any other way. I've tried trading with 7 different friendly wizards in the same world and never once have they sold a magical item from Baubles. Which is weird, because I'll find spellbooks and scrolls in mineshafts, but never magical items.

  5. Some wizards from shrines are cakewalks, only using Novice spells. Other times I've found shrines with them using Advanced spells, and I have no warning that it was harder. And its not like I can just run and fight to live another day, when the shrine puts up that impassable barrier. So, I die an unavoidable death, because there is literally nothing I can do.

Expected behaviour

  1. I expect the chest to have loot in quantity and quality to the threat I fought to get it.

  2. I expect that wisps take appropriate damage from whatever source of damage it is. Especially as they can no-clip all over the place.

  3. Since shrines are quite rare, unless you modify their spawn chance, they should always have a chest. Doesn't mean you should always have to fight wizards to get it, but there should always be a chest, as you can't find magical items elswhere.

  4. I expect that you can find magical items elsewhere. Anywhere I can get a spellbook, or scroll to generate, I should have a chance (albeit a lower one) to find a magical item. Also, what is the point of a friendly wizard, if they don't sell me magical items I've had trouble finding.

  5. I expect that shrines should have some kind of indicator (say a central pillar of 1-3 blocks height, with the chest on top, indicating if they are novices (1 block) or advanced (3 blocks)). I also expect that the shrine would indicate of what school of magic they are (ie fire, water, holy, etc), maybe with those blocks set to a different runeblock color), And finally, I expect that if you haven't attacked the wizards, it should allow you to escape the shrine area, and they all despawn and the chest is protected again. That way, if it turns out too tough, you abandon the shrine.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Find an obelisk or shrine

  2. Interact with them, in the ways mentioned.

  3. Look at chests in all different areas of the game, and you'll never find a magical item in them.

  4. Not sure what else to suggest to reproduce.

Not sure what mod version it is though. It came as part of a modpack for 1.12.2 and have since uninstalled it. I didn't know there was a github for it before I uninstalled. It was this modpack = https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/parasitetech

I'm not sure what forge version it was. I uninstalled the modpack when I couldn't advance the guns and the wizardry stuff from your mod was making the game harder than it needed to be.
