[Detail, Incompatibility] Resurrection issue (DynamicSurroundings audio)

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.3.4 Environment: Server

Issue details: Playing with Dynamic Surroundings and using resurrection on ally or yourself (with the amulet) completely mutes the footsteps for the resurrected player, re-logging solves the issue but it’s very annoying
