Phase step allows players to go through certain blocks

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.3.4 Environment: Singleplayer

Issue details: By standing in the corner of fences, the phase step spell can be used to pass through them. With The Aurorian this means that the player can access areas they aren't meant to by going through the runestone fences.

Is this only true for corners, or can you phase through that fence even if you are directly standing in front of it and facing it?

I believe it is only true with corners.
