Re-Implement the Arcane Seal of Protection

Suggestion details: Re-implement the arcane seal of protection but since you removed them due to the armor classes update, make them disabled by default or obtainable from creative mode or /give.

(I tried finding every file relating to it in the old version in an attempt to re-add it myself but I couldn't find everything :P)
