Ally System- "Removed from ally list"

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.3.4 Environment: Server (using Forge/SpongeForge)

Issue details: On the latest Wizardry version, when I attempt to add an ally to my allies list by shift-right-clicking another player, the game says "[Player] was removed from [player's] ally list". It also does this if I attempt to use the /ally command. If I use the command to show a list of my allies, it is empty, but I still cannot add anyone to my ally list.

Other mods involved: I don't believe any other mods are conflicting with this, but I can give a list of all mods on the server if needed.

Weird. I suspect this is due to an underlying problem with the WizardData system, it has been causing various issues where the game 'forgets' things about the player. It's on my list of things to investigate.
