Spellcasting animations are incompatible with Construct's Armory

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.3.2 (checked the update log for 4.3.3, didn't look like it would fix anything, but I'm going to try and update the server and modpack once I have time) Environment: Server

Issue details: This has been a repeated issue on a server me and my friends have, and we can't seem to figure out what causes it. We aren't even doing anything related to Wizardry (in fact we have been avoiding it because of the crashes) but they still occur. Today I went over to where my friend was and he crashed (not the server, just him, which is what has happened every time the issue occurs). From the crash report, it looks like it was a result of attempting to render me. I was wearing Construct's Armory armor, and the crash report looked very similar to another one we got. VanillaFix said that this was a Wizardry issue, so I'm posting this here.

Other mods involved: Construct's Armory

Thank you!

Spellcasting animations might be the cause. Go to the Config and in a certain part of it, there should be a section for disabling it. Do this for both your server & the client.

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.3.3 Environment: Server

I am experiencing this same crash almost exactly. Strangely, it tends to occur after playing about 15 minutes, and not to all users on the server, but those that do experience have an almost identical crash log to the one posted above.

Setting the spellcasting animations to false on the client does not prevent the crash, and the setting does not appear to exist on the server. Since there are multiple players, I can also test by having everyone disable spellcasting animations as well. If that makes any difference, I will update here.

Spellcasting animations are a client-side thing so the option does nothing on the server (it might not even exist, I can't remember). Disabling spellcasting animations really should fix the problem, obviously it will only fix the problem on that client so everyone needs to do it to prevent their own client crashing.
