Wolf Armor and Storage textures glow in the dark

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.3.1 Environment: Singleplayer

Issue details: Using Electroblob's Wizardry together with Wolf Armor and Storage causes the armor textures from the later to glow in the dark, similarly to the runestones.

Interesting. Probably a dangling GL state somewhere, I'll see if I can fix it on my end.

None that I have checked as yet. An interesting effect though is that Sophisticated Wolves' armor and chest layers render correctly:

I have yet to do so but I plan on implementing further compatibility w/ other mods... I'll have to check if further custom wolf entities also have this issue.
