Item duplication when exiting possession due to host dying whilst wearing quantum armour from IC2

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.2.11 Environment: Singleplayer, but presumably any

Issue details:

1. Equip a full set of quantum armour
2. Possess a mob
3. Take critical fall damage (could be any damage, not sure)
4. Possession will exit and the armour will duplicate itself. If the player also died in the process, their entire inventory will be duplicated.

Other mods involved: IC2 (gravitation suite was also installed, the bug occurs with its upgraded quantum armour)
