Player set traps (frost sigil, etc) damages allies after awhile

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.2.11 Environment: Server

Issue details: My friend on our server set traps down and I was marked as her ally. The traps didn't activate or damage me during our play session. However, I believe after we all logged off for the night, the next day my friend and I was able to trigger the traps. Is this because we all logged off and re-opened the server?

Both of us have marked each other as allies, and pvp is turned off on our server

I think this is caused by the same thing as #409, the traps themselves are fine but the ally data is not loading correctly for some reason.
