Wand upgrades affect all wands in hotbar

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Wizardry version: 4.2.11 Environment: Server

Issue details:

I applied 3x range to one wand, but for some reason that upgrade transferred to all other wands in my hotbar, even though those other wands have no upgrades

Thanks for posting this here, I'll take a look later. (Note for myself later: on discord it was confirmed that the upgrade itself does not get transferred, just the effect of the upgrade)

Sorry for such a long delay on this. It's not happening for me, range upgrades are working as expected and only affect the wand they are applied to.
