Rune stone Suggestion

Hi, I was talking with my friends about this mod. We have all arrived at the conclusion that maybe something can be done to the rune stones. It is a very cool looking block but if they can do more it will be great. I wonder if you can make it so that having many rune stones around boosts magic potency or maybe, being simple, maybe you can do it so that the stones up enchantment level for the enchantment table.

I personally think it is a very cool idea and might add a richer content to the mod while not distorting the style of it.

I might add some more uses for runestone (and pedestal variants), but I'm not sure either of those suggestions would fit... and the magic potency thing would alter the balance of shrines and obelisk encounters. I will be thinking about what else can be done with those blocks though.
